Privacy statement
For the Strategy as Software review survey. Last updated 31 August 2026.
Who runs this
This survey is run by agencie.io to test whether a product idea is worth pursuing. It is a private research exercise, not a commercial service.
What we collect
Only what you type into the survey and choose to submit. The survey has no name, email or organisation field, and asks you not to name the business you answer about. When you submit, we store the answers, a random identifier, and the time of submission rounded to the nearest minute.
What we do not collect
- No name, email address or contact details.
- No IP address, device or browser information alongside your answers. Request logs are sampled at zero.
- No analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts.
- Nothing is sent to the server until you press Submit anonymously. Drafts stay in your own browser's local storage and are removed on submission or when you press Clear.
Cookies
One cookie, sas, records that you entered the passcode. It contains no personal data, lasts 14 days, and can be removed by visiting /logout. There are no other cookies.
Where it is stored
Responses are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database located in Western Europe, on infrastructure controlled by agencie.io. Access requires a separate administrator passcode held by the project owner.
Reviewers outside Europe
Reviewers may be anywhere: the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia or elsewhere. Wherever you are, the page is served from Cloudflare's nearest location over HTTPS, and your submission is transmitted to and stored only in Western Europe. Because no personal data is collected, this transfer does not involve information that could identify you. If your local rules or your employer's policies restrict sending even anonymous survey answers abroad, please do not submit.
How it is used
Answers are read in aggregate to decide whether to proceed with the project. Free-text answers may be quoted internally without attribution. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.
Retention
Responses are kept until the research decision is made and then deleted, and in any case no longer than twelve months from submission.
Your choices
Because submissions are anonymous, we cannot identify or delete an individual response after it is submitted. If you do not want your answers stored, do not press Submit; press Clear instead.
